Q. What is the ideal method to play the CDs?

It is important to play each CD successively. The Recommended Playing Order (RPO) is the order in which your series of CDs are positioned when you first get them. If you are unsure whether your CDs follow the RPO give us a call and it will be our pleasure to sort things out for you.

Regarding your electronic equipment, if your CD players can only play one CD at a time, some handling will be necessary to play all your CDs one after the other. However, if your CD players possess a carrousel with multiple CDs slots, it is then possible to set it up in repetition mode. Please take note that repetition is used only when many CDs are played successively. Please do not play one CD repeatedly as it may engender healing crisis.

The Relaxation & Calmness CD is an exception to this rule because you can play it repeatedly for as long as you wish.

Using the CDs as recommended will increase the efficiency and speed up your results! We do encourage our customers to use CD changers with large capacity carrousel 100 CDs or more. Further, we can refer you to electronic store selling such equipment if you want to. A CD changer with a large carrousel is ideal as it allows you to place all of your CDs in the Recommended Playing Order and play them without any further intervention.

Q. How often should I play the CDs to get the maximum benefit?

Ideally, you gain maximum benefit from the CDs when playing them all the time. The more exposure you have the faster and more profound your results will be.

Taping a lock of your hair, a nail or a Polaroid photo of yourself or something else that contain your DNA next to your speakers will allow you to receive benefits. Additionally, your intention must be that wherever you are on the planet, the DNA in your hair, nail or photo will found the DNA in your body. Please note that regular exposure to the CDs is essential. Please see "Return To Harmony" page 144.

Q. Which CD should I play for my specific condition?

All physical illnesses, each and every one of them, originate from the spiritual, mental or emotional body. Focusing on the manifestation of an illness is very much like focusing on the effect rather than the cause.

Additionally, the CDs were not designed to patch the physical body, but instead aimed to uproot the origin by gradually working with the mental, emotional and spiritual body. They perform this task by bringing balance into the various systems of the body and upward. Please see "Return To Harmony" page 136.

Q. Can I watch television while the CDs are playing and do they have any benefit?

It is well known that television signal impacts us negatively. While it is not recommended for optimal results, having the Sound Wave Energy(SWE) CDs playing in the background will help nullify negative effects from television and the balance will benefit you.

Q. What to do if I notice some reaction while listening to the CDs?

The Relaxation & Calmness CD is an excellent choice in those instances as it may remove resistance associated with a specific issue.

Keep in mind that the CDs are designed to bring balance and, in doing so, healing crisis may surface. These healing crisis are usually very short lived and can sometime be attributed to playing one particular CD repetitiously. We recommend that you continue to use your CDs. If you have found that one particular frequency CD seems to induce your crisis, we recommend temporarily discontinuing the use of that CD and return to the Relaxation & Calmness CD.

Also, with all the energies coming on the planet, many changes in our bodies are happening.

Q. How do you treat the personal information I provided you?

It is kept confidential. SWE does not sell customers database.

Q. What do the SWE frequencies CD sound like? Is there music or waterfalls?

SWE frequencies emit vibratory frequencies that sound much like a hum, a helicopter,purring cat or higher sound depending upon which generation of CDs you play. Each recording is different and emits its own particular sound. There is no music yet you may play soothing music simultaneously.

Q. How loud do I need to play the CDs? Is louder better?

SWE CDs are effective at varying volumes. Some of our clients have stated that they prefer to play the CDs at a volume where they experience the vibration. Others, however, listen to the frequencies at a barely audible level.

Each individual is encouraged to adjust the volume to what is comfortable to themselves and those in the surrounding areas.

Playing the CDs in a central area is a good idea. SWE does not recommend playing the CDs at a loud level.

Q. Can I listen the SWE frequencies with headphone?

Please DO NOT use headphones as this technology was designed to address all four bodies. Please see "Return To Harmony" page 145.

Q. My washing machine, dryer, vacuum, hairdryer, music, etc. are working in the background, do they interfere with the CDs?

The SWE CDs are designed to be effective regardless of other background noises.

It is critical to be aware that we are constantly being exposed to frequencies. While we can hear some, there are some that we don't hear and they maybe detrimental to our health and balance.

It is very important once we possess the SWE CDs that we use them as much as possible. The CDs will counteract the negative frequencies while improving your health at all levels.

Q. Can I do something else while the CDs are playing, and what if I leave, should I turn them off?

SWE CDs were designed to allow us to continue our normal routines without interruption. You may leave your CDs playing even when you are not at home.

Baby, toddler, children, teenagers, pets and plants also respond positively to the recordings.

Q. What happens to the CDs that I miss during the day?

You will not miss a thing because of your daily schedule, especially if you have followed the recommendations to place something that hold your DNA near the speakers and you leave them playing continuously.

Q. Is there a waiting period between the Foundation series and the others?

There is no established amount of time that we "should" use one series prior to beginning the next. On the contrary, some of our customers purchase all 4 series and begin using all the CDs from day one.

Q. I know I can buy everything at once, but what if I can only purchase one series at a time, what order shall I follow?

After purchasing the Foundation series, you may want to buy the Spiritual Series, the Mental & Emotional Series and then the Physical Awareness Series.

Q. How do I use the intentions when playing the CDs?

It is recommended that you read the description of each CD does, you will therefore be able to recognize the changes. When one looses pain or blight, it is easy to forget them since NO one really wishes to dwell on pain, therefore taking note as these occurs will help you track your progress.

Q. How long should I wait before doing the consultation included in the Foundation Series?

SWE encourages all of our clients to schedule a consultation appointment approximately one month after purchasing the CDs to discuss any questions that you may have. We also enjoy hearing your experiences as well as your testimonies.

Q. Where can I expect the results to first manifest themselves?

Results will show up at the spiritual, emotional, mental or physical body. Though it varies from one individual to the next.

These benefits might include but are not limited to: Increase of consciousness, increase of awareness, heightened love, patience and tolerance.

Eventually, belief systems will be brought into the light of your consciousness to be either kept or discarded. It is a very subtle process, easy to overlook. Yet, as emotional issues dissolve, physical issues will ultimately disappear.

The period in which results appear will vary noticeably from one individual to the next.

In addition, if an individual has not dealt with all the issues related to a physical illness, the illness may not disappear completely. That is why we have customers who can be rid of Parkinson, dyslexia or others illnesses in a very short time, while we have others customers whose conditions took much longer to clear and in some case remain partially.
