WHAT IS A SOULNOTE? The Soul is a part of ALL THAT IS, the essence of our being. Each soul can be compared to the drops of water that create an ocean. The exception to the analogy is that when each drop is separated from the Source it is unique, and has a specific frequency. That unique, special frequency (SoulNote) remains the same until the drop, or the soul, returns to the Source, and becomes ONE again.
The Harmonist (a person trained to find peoples' SoulNotes using custom software), gently guides the person to invite their Higher Self, or their I Am Presence, to come upon them so that they will produce their SoulNote. Then, the client is asked to speak into a microphone for about one minute on a subject that comes from the heart. It can be a subject that expresses joy, or sadness. It doesn't really matter, because if it comes from the heart, the SoulNote frequency will be there. (Our SoulNote is only produced when we speak from the heart, so we should try to speak from the heart as much as possible). It is important that it doesn't come from the logical mind because what we will find will be the brain note, and we already have plenty of that note! The Harmonist doesn't need to know what is said, so it is recommended that people speak in their native language to feel the resonance of their words. Then, through the use of a computer, and special software that uses a Fast Fourrier Transform (FFT), the spectrum of the clients speech is analyzed, and their SoulNote revealed. It is then recorded on an audiotape for their listening convenience. What can I use my SoulNote for? The first frequency on your CD contains your SoulNote. It is important to learn and to hum it. You can use headphones for this specific note ONLY. The next frequency is the nurturing or supporting note. The third frequency will be the higher octave. Doubling your SoulNote frequency raises your vibration, by connecting with your higher chakras to bring in your Higher Self. Some people have commented that this is heaven! The last frequency connects you with your Earthly experience. When you listen to this part, pay attention to your physical body sensations. It will bring issues to the surface that you will want to be aware of. Your CD is for listening and meditation. Use your SoulNote as a tool to Return to Harmony. Using the Cd, you will learn to hum your SoulNote, your Joy Note, to become centered, and reconnected with your power within. This brings joy because you connect with your Soul, which only knows joy, bliss, ecstasy and peace. Many people immediately experience this joy upon humming their SoulNote. Often, those who tone with their SoulNote say they experience a state of bliss; it is a very powerful note. One that makes our body vibrate, and we literally become an instrument of joy. It is also useful for times when we feel upset. It's always important to express our emotions as they arise rather than repressing them. So if you are angry express it, but be sure you express it in a way that doesn't harm yourself or others. Then know that you are not that feeling. At those times it is easy to forget who we really are, and identify with our problems. When we do this, joy is no longer present because we are in our brain, and express lower emotions of anger, jealousy, and judgment. Humming our SoulNote helps us to remember Our True Selves and…just be it! People who use the SWE recordings will benefit by saying the intention, of the area that needs more support, in the tone of their SoulNote. Even ten seconds of humming is sufficient to bring the Soul energy to the area we intend to work on. Also, when we say mantras, such as, "OM," "HU," or any that we feel comfortable with, in our meditation, saying them in our SoulNote makes it even more powerful. If other people are present, and they take your tone to hum, it is like saying to you "I love you". Whenever we pray for a person we love, saying their name in the tone of our soul will increase the power of the prayer.
